YOUR Library is much more than a place to take out books, dvds and cds. It provides essential services that thousands of New Yorkers count on every day. Help in finding a job…free access to the internet…literacy classes …and children’s story hours.

But YOUR Library has been hit hard by the downturn in the economy. We’re doing more with less—a leaner staff serving an increasing number of users with fewer new books.
